What are all the rules, laws and regulations for a private adoption?
ByI am unable to have a child of my own. I miscarried once and they had to take out my fallopian tubes. I know I can give a child love, attention, all they need , even if I am not rich. I am considering doing a private adoption, but am confused on all the rules. How do I go about legally finding someone that wants to do a private adoption? What is the process once you are ready? If you can help me out, it would be appreciated. Thanks.
I live in Texas.
Please only answer if you can help, or have knowledge. Not just ask a lawyer. Thanks.
Please ignore the immature remark that one person wrote. They are upset because of a remark I made on their question. Thanks.

Every state, country, and possibly ever county/township has their own laws. Then… every agency has their own rules.
Simply contact an agency and they will guide you through the process -you would not be the first to call them to ask.

I am sorry, but the United States government does not allow convicted child-molesters, like yourself to adopt children. I applogize for the inconvienience.
