am…where lois’ dad is driving with chris in the car and they go to an orphanage? i cant remember the exact episode, i think chris goes to a rich posh school for some reason.

Possibly “Quagmire’s Baby”
“Quagmire’s Baby” is the sixth episode of the eighth season of the animated comedy series Family Guy. It originally aired on Fox in the United States on November 15, 2009. The episode features Quagmire, who discovers that he is the father of a newborn baby girl, after she is left at his doorstep. Quagmire must then take care of the baby, or give her up for adoption.

It’s kind of funny but also pretty mean.
