What would happen in this adoption situation?
ByThis is hypothetical though I have always wondered.. If someone my age were to get pregnant (19) and she wanted to give the baby up for adoption but the father wanted to child, would the mother have to pay child support? What if both the people were underage like in the movie Juno? Or Too Young to be a Dad?

a mother can not give a baby up for adoption with out the father saying it’s okay.he does have rights to the child as long as he does all the steps in proving hes the father and a judge might as the mother to pay child support of the father gets the baby i don’t think it matters of the age unless you 10-16 years old you would have to check that out in your state i hope this helps

you can let the dad have the baby and give up all your rights and you dont have to pay anything
