Can you mix infant powder formula and leave it in the refrigerator?
ByIm trying to find out can you mix infant formula in maybe a 1/2 gallon size container, and use it gradually during the day? Not used formula, but new formula that has never been used by baby yet. Im talking about mixing enough formula to make about 6-8 bottles for the day, putting it into one container, and then using it throughout the day.

Yea, just make sure to use it within twenty four hours, and warm it up when it’s time to feed it to the baby. But I don’t recommend using the microwave to warm the food up directly. HotSpots can form and damage your baby’s mouth.

Most formula containers will say on them. I believe you can do what your talking about of mix in bottles and leave in the fridge for 24 hours.

That’s what I do.
Just toss anything that’s left 24 hours after you made it.
I got a rubbermaid jug with a lid, and it has measurements (in ounces) on the side. It’s a 1 quart size.

Yep! They even sell things at Babies R Us to do this! They also have a formula mixer, lol.
But make sure everything is accurate and your good to go =)
Doesn’t sound like a bad idea!

Yep!
You sure can.
It will be good for 24 hours. So make sure you make only what you will use. If not, you will have to throw it away and it goes to waste
But yeah! For sure.. go ahead
