What is best seating arrangement for infant car seat and toddler (front facing) in back of car?
ByI know for infant ideally it should put in the middle of the back seat but now with a toddler, how does that work? Both on each end?

I personally have my baby’s car seat on the side of the car that when parked, is closest to the footpath. So here in Aus (don’t know where u are from), we drive on left side of road, I have baby seat on the left, my toddler can climb through so he is on the right.

With the way kids can be in cars, I’d put a space between them. It would probably work out best with the infant on the side of the car nearest the curb when you park.

If you can safely place your newborn in the middle – meaning he isn’t to the side because the other carseat is big and that your toddler will not hurt the baby then keep him in the middle. Leave your toddler on the passenger side so you can see him.
If you can’t keep the baby in the middle because it is unsafe – I would put the toddler behind you and the baby behind the passenger so you can see him..

In the US, I have my 2 year old on the left side with me so I can get her out of her seat and my 4 year old on the right side because he is capable to do it on his own. When I have my baby, I will put it in the right so I can easily look back and see it and put my 4 year old in the last row since he will be 5 and have a regular buckle seat belt. Since kids can be a little rowdy in cars, I would space them out if you have 2 kids so they can’t reach each other.

I agree with Rache.
Have infant on passenger side closest to kerb, and use seats with 3-point connections rather than just 2-point lap-belts.
