has anyone tried hypnobabies?
ByI was wondering if anyone has used hypnobabies and if their birth was really pain free. Also has anyone used hypnobabies baby come out cd?? If so did it put you into labor?? I went five days overdue with my last baby and would like to have this one on time.

I used Hypnobabies with my last birth. I had a comfortable un-medicated birth. It was awesome. You can see my birth video and read my birth story at http://www.pregnancybirthandbabies.com
I also have gathered over 200 Hypnobabies Birth stories there from moms on the Hypnobabies Yahoo Group.
I also used the Baby Come Out CD. My second baby was born at 42 weeks and Bryson was born at 41 weeks 4 days. So a little sooner. I think I just grow my babies longer.
I am glad you are looking into Hypnobabies! I think you will love it if you try it! I am now a Hypnobabies Instructor and a Hypno-doula, so I have seen many women birth comfortable using their tools. It is amazing!
