Two of my close friends have used Hypnobirthing and both had awesome results! My midwife says that the moms she has that use Hypnobirthing are the ones she’s noticed have the least amount of pain.

I had a friend who did this and she loved it. She said she was so relaxed through the whole thing that she couldn’t be fully awake until a bit after the baby was born.

Try it and when that baby comes out and you scream your asss off you will know it didn’t work.
