hypnobabies?
ByDoes anyone have personal experience with or know anyone who has used this course for childirth? I was also looking into the Bradley method but there are not any classes around here. I have the book Natural Childbirth the Bradley Way but was wondering if they have a “home study” type program like hypnobabies does. I would love to hear any experiences with either of the techniques!
