Well I’m not sure if this is exactly entertaining lol but I can tell you my birth story.
I went into the hospital to be induced at around 11:30am. They hooked me up to an IV of Pitocin (got the IV in on their third try). Then I sat there for 7 hours before they decided to break my water (got it on their 2nd try) because the Pitocin did nothing to bring labour on. So they did that around 6:30pm. An hour later, I got the epidural. Then I was able to sleep for a little while. Around 5am they told me that it was time to start pushing. After about 30 minutes of pushing, they realized that the pushes weren’t doing anything. My daughter was facing the wrong way and was stuck. Her heart rate was also dropping with each of my contractions so my doctor considered an emergency c section but my daughter was to far down the birth canal so they had to do a forceps delivery. 20 minutes of that and my daughter was born at 6:52am.
She will be exactly a year old in about 4 hours
Like I said, it’s not too entertaining. I’m not exactly jumping up and down to do it again lol

I think my birth story was AFLJFBLSKJB. I didn’t really enjoy it til the very end. Well I was 38 weeks pregnant, I started getting contractions every 6 minutes. I was 3cm dilated. I went to the hospital and had to walk around all night. The next morning at 9am, I WAS ABOUT TO EAT BREAKFAST CUZ I WAS SO HUNGRY, TIL THE NURSE CAME IN AND SAID “NO.” and they broke my water shortly after and put me on Pitocin.
My contractions started getting intense. It felt so disgusting when my family was in the room and my water was just going out lol. I felt so gross. We were waiting and waiting. I was almost 4cm dilated. Then we waited 8 hours and they checked me and my labor stopped COMPLETELY. All the nurses and my doctor said “I’m sorry but your labor has stopped, we are going to get you ready for cesearian.” I felt like I just got on a roller coaster. I started to get anxiety attacks and I couldn’t stop shaking. They got me in the room. They told me to try not to shake while they put the shot on my back. I was looking aaroound for my boyfriend and I started crying. I WAS SO SCARED. My mind was so set on a natural birth. I was numb, and they set up everything. My boyfriend came in and was holding my hand and wiping my tears and telling me that he loves me. Which was calming. I just wanted to hug him. I felt tugging and super uncomfortableness in my tummy, it made me cry more, i was scared. Thenn…
we heard our son cry for the first time. I started crying of joy. My boyfriend saw him being taken out, he started crying too. When they cleaned him up, we saw him and took a picture.

After, they took me to the recovery room. Alittle bit after that, the numbness wore off and I felt the pain. I started crying which MADE IT WORSE. I was screaming and my boyfriend was freaking out and called the nurse. She gave me a shot of morphine <3 Life saver. I looooooved it. I was in la la land. and then 2 days later I was sent home with my son and boyfriend.
It was crazy.

Hey I was exactly the same when I was pregnant.
Well I took castor oil at 12pm on 1/17 and had diarrhea the whole day. And contractions but not too bad. Then everything stopped. And at around 1am on 1/18 my water broke. So I called L&D and they told me to come in. I didn’t have anything ready so my hubby and I got everything ready in 15 mins. My hospital was about 20 mins away because that’s where my insurance covered (it was a kaiser hospital so there isn’t many around). Anyway the nurse checked me and I was 2 cm dilated and my water had broke so I stayed. I couldn’t walk because my water was broken already. And the contractions weren’t bad at all so they started the pitocin and that’s when I really hurt. And after 12 hours of pitocin and only 4 cm dilated I got the epidural and I was so tired and sleepy. I went to sleep for more than 7 hours and when I woke up I wanted to push. So I told the nurse and I pushed for about 2 mins with her alone and she said that it’ll still be more than an hour before I had my baby. So then the midwife came in and I started pushing and in less than 10 mins my baby was out. The nurse was wrong. And I had a 1st degree tare. But it was all worth it. My baby was perfect and the most precious person I’ve ever seen.
I can’t wait to do it again. I really want to have another baby. But ima wait atlwast 3 years to have another one.
