I hate tap water so that makes drinking the recommended 64oz even worse! I guess I should invest in a Brita pitcher since they recommend you get even more water when breastfeeding…ugh…lol

The more active I am, the less active my baby is too. I guess when I am active it wears her out!

I know what you mean about drinking water. When this baby is born…I will go on Water strike. YOu look wonderful.

I know, lol! It took me forever to figure out what was causing it and I finally realized it was the water.
Thankfully it’s not nearly as bad when I drink water now so I don’t drink as much of the Gatorade. I usually try to drink at least the recommended 64oz of water and Gatorade combined along with the milk and juice I normally drink.
The only thing bad about Gatorade is the sugar and sodium but I avoid both in my normal diet so it balances out

Thats so funny water gives you heart burn. I drink about 100 ounces a day, i think it helps with so much. As long as your hydrated though:) Yes, the more active you are you less active the baby usaully. Your walking/actions puts the baby to sleep.
