Has anybody tried that book with CD “HypnoBirthing The Mongan Method” by Marie Mongan?
ByHas anybody tried that book with CD “HypnoBirthing The Mongan Method” by Marie Mongan? I’ve heard that hypnobirthing is the greatest thing. I was going to spend $130 for the Hypnobabies home system, but this caught my eye. Has anybody tried it? Did it work for you?
(And so “certain people” don’t waste the space and my time: No, you aren’t passed out when you give birth on hypnotism. This simply helps with pain. You are awake and aware. I’m tired of people stating facts on here that aren’t even correct!)

i have never heard of the book but i had a hypnobirth for my second daughter. It was amazing. But i did not have to look far for help one of the nurses at the birthing center was certified. I loved it. The pain was reduced so much. and i could actually enjoy the birth of my daughter( i had morphine spinals with my other two daughters). The only thing i found was it seam4ed to take a bit longer in labor and delivery that the other two, which could be totally unrelated. my daughter was almost 10 lbs. and ot was still very enjoyable i would have another hypnobirth again defiantly.
