Has anyone given birth using hypnobirthing?
ByI was totally for using any and all drugs available when I give birth but I stumbled upon this website: www.hypnobirthing.com and it sounds amazing. Has anyone given birth with this technique?

omg… i know someone who just gave birth to her 3rd and biggest baby (8lbs 4 oz) and she said it was the calmest thing she had ever experienced. she said it was amazing and 10 minutes after she gave birth she was up and in the shower and walking around. so according to her it is HIGHLY recommended

I did alot of reading up on that Hypnobirthing and actually found listings of local providers. I had a completely natural drug free birth with my first child. Can we say Owche. So with my second I looked around a bit for the best way. I decided to go with the epidural. My seconds birth was a breeze but I did not like the after effects of the epidural. I think I would try the Hypnobirth if given the choice now. I am done having children now.
