		<description>I read about hypnobirthing breifly while pregnant. I had a natural (drug and intervention free) vaginal breech birth.
I would recommend a birthing pool (fantastic pain relief!)
And making what ever sounds you need to during contractions. (i made a sort of moaning chanting sound and really focused on that instead of on the pain!
