Is a month due too late to start practicing Hypnobirthing?
ByHi. Im 37 weeks pregnant with my first child and like any nervous mum have been searching for pain relief strategies during birth. I started learing about hypnobirthing about 2 weeks ago which ‘appears’ to be effective. Should i have started this much earlier in order for it to be effective???
How effective was hypnobirthing for te couples who were late to start the classes?

When should I start my HypnoBirthing classes?
The sooner you start, the more time you have to practice and master the hypnosis techniques you will use during your birth. The earlier you start your classes, the more time you have build positive expectations around birthing and block out the negative feedback from others who have never seen or experienced calm, gentle HypnoBirthing. The sooner you begin, the more time your baby has to enjoy the peace and calm of your HypnoBirthing practice (HypnoBirthing babies are happier, calmer babies) and the more time you have to enjoy the positive effect HypnoBirthing can have on your whole pregnancy!
Ideally, most parents have started HypnoBirthing classes by the end of the second trimester. I have also had couples start as soon as they knew they were pregnant. And a few last minute stragglers didn’t have time for the full 5-week class before baby was expected, so we had to squeeze it in over a two-day marathon class.
