Waterbirth Baby Born Underwater in the Sac
By
How hypnobirthing & Waterbirth can create a beautiful, peaceful, empowered birth for the whole family. This video is from Certified Nurse Midwife www.waterbirthbaby.com . Owner of Baby Love Birth Center in Cape Coral, FL. Specializing in hypnobirthing and Waterbirth. Thank you for the beautiful video When we let nature lead. visist www.joyinbirthing.com to see how to prepare for a painless childbirth. Baby Born at Baby Love Birth Center in Cape Coral, FL. The “bag of waters” stays intact until the baby is born and baby is born “in caul”, which is said to confer special sight to a baby. Due to the impatience of modern obstetrics, most babies have their sacs “broken” during labor, in the theory that birth will occur faster. We prefer to leave moms and babies undisturbed. I would like for people to see what is possible when you leave things as nature intended. Baby was born healthy, 7 pounds 5 ounces.

think about it….. the baby was surrounded in water in the womb so it dosnt take a breath until it reaches the surface…

I dont understand what keeps the baby from getting a big gulp of water in their lungs?

Hi Marlovestaylor. The reason she does not appear to be pushing is she is doing hypnobirthing, no need to push, you breath the baby down. This is what makes it much less painful and more peaceful. I will be having my first hypnobirth baby and videoing it and posting on you tube also. Stay tuned. shelley martlew

This is fantastic. My first child was born in the water with her membranes still intact and I always wondered what it looked like – well now I know – Thanks!!
Having the membranes still intact actually can make for a slightly easier (if longer) labour as the baby is cushioned a bit more.

This birth looks so peaceful and almost pain free. I always thought giving birth with the sac still in tact was painful. obviously not. I would love to know the name of this tune since it is very beautiful and calming.

THAT was AMAZING!!! What a peaceful transition! The baby was literally unwrapped from it’s sac into more warm water. How beautiful to see something like this. Thanks for sharing.

My first daughter was born in exactly the same way 7years ago….. at first I thought that there was something wrong, until my midwife explained she was still in her sac
Apparently it is very lucky for baby to be born in this way.

no, it’s getting oxygen and nutrients from the placenta still… a usual water birth with no sac is what you usually see, and even then, it’s safe, as long as the baby doesn’t gasp for air (and take in water) which is rare in a natural birth if everything is going well.

Oh I enjoyed this! it makes me feel SO much better when everything is natural. ( like baby born still in his amniotic sac.) So calm, peaceful, and good for baby and mother.
February 2nd, 2010 at 4:18 am
how can i do that
February 2nd, 2010 at 5:01 am
water births supposedly reduce the pain of childbirth. way I see it we can be uncomfortable on a bed in a hospital, or do home birth or at a birthing center in the tub.

Im not knocking it but what is the purpose of a water birth?
February 2nd, 2010 at 6:36 am
So us humans would find water to have are child in naturally?
