What can you tell me about hypnobirthing?
ByAny personal stories or book/cd recommendation? I plan on getting the The Mongan Method book but I was wondering if there are any other books or cds out there. Thanks!

it is a light form of hypnotism used in labor. kind of like meditating. speaking from experience its about the same as lamaze, just learning and concentrating on relaxing and breathing throught contractions. i would recommend a childbirth class to teach breathing or maybe a doula
