Where can I find Hypnobirthing [Birth Companion's] Prompt Cards or something similar?

By pregnantnews

After reading the book on Hynobirthing, I am all the more convinced that this is the method for my son’s birth. The book gives great detail on the breathing and visualization exercises but alludes to the Birthing Companion’s Prompt Cards. I understand that the idea is for me to pay the $200+ for the actual classes and there I will receive these cards, but can anyone give me an idea on where I can obtain or buy these outside of taking the classes? If not, are there other meditation prompt cards that my husband can use in place of these? Thank you so much for your help!

For the Birth Companion’s Prompt card, you can write one out. Write down techniques you’ll want to use. Things like “Stroke my forehead to remind me to let go of tension there; read the Rainbow Relaxation to me; tell me to see my cervix opening like a rosebud with every labor surge; encourage me to trust my body and our baby; stroke my arm lightly and tell me to feel the relaxation flooding my body….” Anything you’d like to hear during labor. That worked very good for my wife and I, and saved us a lot of money that we were able to spend on Jr.!
