about lamaze,and also other classes?
Byim almost 8 months..and i cant find in classes..to take that dont cost hundreds of dollars theres no classes avaliable from the hospitals..and i also wanted to go in to see the hospital where the baby is going to be born like the tours..and i wanted to do some of the classes..but there all over and it was like 4 months ago..and i heard that your suppost to do these classes around 7 to 8 months but what if there not doing any classes anymore,,what would you do

I couldnt afford classes with my second baby. I was just well educated and I read lots of books. I will give you two books to read. you can buy them anywhere, but your library will probably have at least one of them.

giving birth isnt something you can learn how to do. your body already knows how to do it. all you have to do is turn off your concious mind and let your body take over. most classes are just for teaching women how to be well behaved patients. they’re not helpful for actually teaching you how to BE IN labour.
you could try contacting a local doula or doula association. they usually have very good and helpful birth classes, and you may even think about hiring a doula if you can afford it.
