At what point in your pregnancy is it recommended to start taking lamaze classes?
ByI am 30 weeks along, and wondering when I should schedule these classes

Are you serious, Well in my state, Indiana, you start them at like 20 weeks.

i took mine in my 8th month.

start schedueling!!!! u should of started schedueling at least at 20 weeks or earlier!!!!

I heard you forget all that stuff when you go into labor anyway. But you should schedule them now for like your 8th or 9th month.

At my hospital when I was pregnant, I took a 2 day class at about 30-32 weeks. Some hospitals have something for people who don’t have time or resources to do it for the 6-8 weeks.

i asked my doc that question and she told me that they were a complete waste of time. she said i already know how to breathe so i didn’t need to go.
