Has anyone ever taken or are currently taking a Lamaze class?
ByMy OB is telling me to register for some they offer at the hospital. Its 60.00 for 5 weeks one day a week for 2 hours. I am just wondering what is going to happen all I know is what I see on TV LOL

we don’t have to pay for that stuff in Canada thank god, we don’t even have to pay to have a baby and our meds are free and so is are blood test and doctor visits…thank God I live in Canada.
My twin sister took that class and she said it helped her out alot…you should go you will learn alot.!

u go in to class…with your partner..sit in your circle with your pillows you sitting in front of your partner..practice breathing and do Mild stretching..talk about labor, ask and answer questions…u can ask ANYTHING, like anything about pregnancy and labor.. lol its pretty fun
