Help finding inexpensive Lamaze classes or pregnancy workout classes.?
Byi live in bay ridge brooklyn and dont really wanna travel into manhattan…anyone know of any interesting classes for me to take in my area??? thanks!

Call the hospital where you will deliver. They are a great source of info and very often hold classes!

Actually, as long as you study and practice; that is the most important thing. The book, Natural Childbirth the Bradley Way contains the exercises that you need to practice. I used the Bradley method with all four of mine and it works great.
