How can I find out about lamaze classes?
ByI just found out I’m pregnant and want to know how I can find a Lamaze class in my area. When should I start the classes, etc. Does the doctor tell you about them or what? I really want to know everything I can about this whole being pregnant experience.

Call the hospital your planning to deliver at and they usually have an education department where lamaze classes will take place.

Hospitals do offer lamaze classes. if you have choosen which hospital you are going to give birth at, then you should check with them.

Call any local hospital, birthing center or ask your OB/GYN…
I went to a hospital web site and the classes were listed there under womens services…doctor never said a word to me about the classes.
You can take the classes at any hospital that offers them…it doesn’t have to be where you’ll be delivering..
