What childbirth preparation video is best recommended? It will be replacing Lamaze classes.?
ByI am not taking Lamaze classes due to the fact that my husbands in the military so I’m forced to give birth at the naval hospital due to Tricare and it’s a 40 minute drive to the hospital, and with classes 3X a week it seems unreasonable so I want to make sure I can find a great childbirth preparation DVD that will fully replace a Lamaze class I want to find a great one that covers all bases. Any recommendations?

I did a prenatal yoga video that covered ALL the bases. I got it at a yard sale but i’m sure you could find something similar online or at a really good video store. Also, call planned parenthood. they usually have a lot of good information and freebies you can take advantage of.

I had a patient who swore by this one…it has several different DVDs, including ones about prenatal workout, childbirth, breastfeeding, infant massage, and newborn care
