Absolutely not. Bigger women have no problems having normal births.

No way. I had a natural birth. After being in labor for a bit, I told my Dr. that I wanted a C section. haha He told me he wouldn't do that unless he had to. He also said the C section recovery for plus size is a little rougher than non plus size.

It depends on the doctor on the actual size of the baby. The problem with babies that get bigger then 9 lbs is that their shoulders can get lodged in the birth canal. Most doctors will let the mother decide but have a sterile operating room on hand if an emergency c-section is required.
I'm sorry but I slightly misunderstood your question. I thought you meant plus size BABIES not plus size women.
All I know about that is that my friend is a large girl and had a normal delivery. However overweight women are more susceptible to gestational diabetes which can cause large birth weight which can lead to a c-section. That was what the first part of my answer was about. Any doctor or midwife will tell you the same thing.

i dont know! possibly depends just how large you are; if you are , say under 200lbs prob makes no diff. i know if your bmi is over 35 you are a higher risk preg, but i think anybody can have a good shot at natural delivery! good luck!

It can be the case sometimes because a woman needs alot of strength and energy for child birth and women whos body's are overweight have a hard time when in labor. They can try as hard as they want but sometimes their bodies just can handle it.
