where can i find videos of natural childbirth?
Byiam planing to have this baby natural and i want to star the method of brithing or other way to decrease the pain labor with out drugs thank yuo. this is my second baby sadly the first one have complication so i took the epidural but i hope this want bring more luck.

You can watch a natural childbirthing video online at http://www.babycenter.com I actually watched it last week.. They have one where the mom’s medicated, one she’s not, and they also have a c-section one.

You should check out “The Business of Being Born”- this movie totally changed my conceptions of natural childbirth….

You Tube should have many videos of natural childbirth. I also had epidurals with my first two babies, but had a natural, pain relief free home birth with my third which was amazing.
I really would recommend a tens machine as this was all I needed for pain relief. I wish you lots of luck and safe labour. I also stayed upright rather than laying down and can honestly say the only really painful contraction was when I had to lay down for an internal. No wonder some hospital births are so painful when you can be on your back for 9 hours or more.
