no its natures way to tell you how hard it is to raise children and that nothing will hurt the same again so you know that your threshold is more than you thought so next time you stub your toe it wont hurt and you can still look after the child
Nope it all started with Adam and Eve she was punished for going against God and it states in the Bible that pain is childbirth and menopause……BTW Thanks Eve
because it is a big object exiting a small evacuation space in the fastest possible time. nature is the fact that women go back for more, once you hold the baby you forget all the pain and realise that it was all worth it in the end, i had 6 hours of labour (pain) and i have had almost 10 years of enjoyment with my daughter, i would have another in a shot if i could.
dunno. only my first of 4 full term deliveries was actually painful. the others i felt, it hurt a little, but they were actually easy, even my 10 lb kid. i think level of preparedness really helps. as well as how inhibited a woman is to do what feels right and natural to her body, face it, laying in a bed during labor is so not natural. walking helps a lot, squatting, kneeling, hands and knees, all can help relieve the pain some. water is amazing for labor pain also.
believe it or not chanting a mantra or vocalizing also helps.
but how many women in a hospital are willing to go against what the staff says to do? its rare, and they want you to stay in whatever position the moniter reads best, they want you to be quiet, and pretty much stay put. then wonder why they have to augment a slow labor…
Because nothing in life worth doing or worth having is ever easy, (nor should it be).
It’s natures way of helping us appreciate the magnificence of the miracle (of birth), ….and what you said .
Just like a kid appreciates a car he worked for and paid for with hard earned cash, better than does a kid who has a car handed to him.
Humans have a defect in their mating process that has led to babies being born far bigger than they need to be. Look at the size of a tiger when its born, its tiny, so they pop them out.
First of all, not every woman experiences pain during childbirth. I’ve spoken to several women who had little or no pain during labor, even without medication or anesthesia. Some women even have orgasms when they give birth.
Secondly, as a Bible-believing Christian, I believe that some pain in childbirth is part of the Curse after the fall of mankind. After Adam and Eve ate the forbidden fruit in the Garden, God cursed man so that he would have to till the ground for his food, and women would have pain in childbearing. Not everyone will share this view since not everyone is a Christian or Bible believer, but that is what I believe.
Third, I don’t think it’s nature’s way of keeping the population under control. As long as there is sex, there will be childbirth. There are plenty of women who want children regardless of the pain involved.
Fourth, epidurals can remove most, if not all pain from childbirth for many women who don’t wish to give birth naturally.
In the beginning there was Adam and Eve. When Eve disobeyed God, God told her that all women would experience pain during childbirth as a reminder.
Just like a great, loving parent, God disciplines His children…and hopes we learn from our mistakes. There are always consequences for everything we do, whether good or bad.

NO. I don’t think that at all…
