Has anyone heard of The Bradley Method?
BySo I decided I wanted to have a natural childbirth and chose a Doula, she teaches the Bradley Method, which seems very interesting and I am excited to learn. Wondering if any of you have heard of it or tried it?

Is this your first child? it sounds like it to me. (because you chose to go natural). If that’s what you really want, you go girl!!!
But I think you have no clue of what you are getting into, I tried to do the same with my son and boy the pain was unbearable, specially if you are in labor for 17 hours like I was, I end up having the epidural which was like seem heaven after all the pain that I had to go through, good luck and God bless!

The Bradley Method helps parents work together to come up with what they can do during birth to make things go smoothly, to make sure that they are on the same page with things like interventions, relaxation techniques. Its otherwise known as Husband-Coached childbirth.
Good for you on choosing a doula. I encourage you to stay strong in what you believe you want out of this birth. Don’t let anyone lead you away from what you desire.
