What should I expect from a Bradley Method Class?
ByWe’ve all seen Lamaze classes on television but I don’t ever remember seeing a Bradley class in session anywhere. I’m not sure what to expect. I know its important, but I just dont know if I can do anything like they do in Lamaze (the whole crazy breathing thing, which is probably great for many, but not for me). Any former students of the Bradley Method???

It focuses on relaxation techniques, coping techniques, body awareness, healthy eating, and birthing methods. It’s a lot calmer and for me I found it to be more appropriate for getting ready to give birth then Lamaze.
