The tank top was very comfortable otherwise I wouldn’t have had it on.

I wouldn’t describe it as pain at all.
It was intense at times but never ‘painful’. The intense times were only when I wasn’t focusing and breathing properly. I just spent my time concentrating on relaxing, breathing and moving around. That is it!
