How did you get that idea? Many women believe they don’t make enough, but it’s nearly never true.
There is plenty of qualified help that would get baby back on your milk, maybe even exclusively on your milk. Why not ask for it?
You are describing a situation that would send a Similac executive off to find a wet nurse. Babies are not meant to drink milk of other mammals; there is no easy answer to your problem.

When I was a baby I was sensitive to every brand except Good Start. You probably just have to experiment with different brands until you find one that he tolerates. My daughter is on Alimentum because she was sensitive to cow’s milk and soy proteins.

Alimentum it is very expensive. My lil girl had the same problem now she is on enfamil lactofree. We tried everything on the shelf.

Colic is caused by the neck being pulled during birth causing a nerve to be pinched that goes to the stomach causing the stomach to be upset all the time-colic. I am a Massage Therapist and learned about that in school. You would need to find a certified Massage Therapist with special training to work with infants and especially with their neck and head. An appropriate Massage Therapist could fix that problem, which would help your baby with the formula you give him. Good Luck!

There are some meat based formulas available in Europe.
However are you really sure there isn’t a different problem than the formula?

Well let me say that I feel you pain. My first son was breastfed but he also had colic. I cried as much as he did because I was so exhausted and upset that I could not comfort him. It ended up being the breast milk that was the problem. Keep trying different formulas, hopefully something will work.

Does your son burp after every feeding?? Sometimes that can create colic!! I know my first baby people would tell me to burp her after every feeding and when I didn’t she would get colic. And then sometimes your son may just want to be held by you while he sleeps. But try not to change his formula anymore, that may be what is causing the colic. changing the formula too often can cause a babies stomach to get irritated and he might not be able to pass gas or have a bowel movement. So stay on the formula that you have him on now and try that for at least a month. Then see if he still has colic. It takes about 2 wks for a babies system to get used to a formula. My son can’t eat any type of formula I have to breastfeed him!!!

Try taking him to a family chiropractor for his colic. (link below) I brought my daughter to one for her reflux and she was cured before she turned 3 months old. Just and FYI Chiropractors DO NOT crack babies. They simply use enough pressure to blanch the skin to do an adjustment.
