Hypnobirthing vs Hypnobabies?
Posted by: | CommentsI am planning to birth at home. This will be my first birthing experience. I’ve thought about doing a hypno class, but don’t know which would be better. Has anyone experienced either the hypnobirthing or hypnobabies class? What is your opinion on it? Did it help you? Is it worth the money? Thanks.

Posted by: | CommentsI can’t afford to purchase the brand new ones that they sell on the website. I know I would like to use this method for giving birth. I can’t find it at the library and I tried to buy it used on Ebay, but I was outbid.

What are some Hypnobabies visualizations?
Posted by: | CommentsI have been reading “Hypnobirthing” and the visualizations have really been helping me, but there are only two.
I am due in June, and I want to try Hypnobabies – but can not afford to purchase the course. I even tried to buy it on Ebay, but I was outbid. I was wondering if the visualizations are different from Hypnobirthing, and if you could tell me one or two of them so I can at least use those for my labor.
