Im expecting in September so I’m not quite into maternity clothes yet, but this is for when I am.
I’m normally a medium, do I buy a medium top when I’m 9 months pregnant, or do I go up to a large? I know how silly this sounds.
Your help is much appreciated.
How far along were you when you took maternity leave?

Yeah I am early to be 2cm dilated. I got an infection and ended up contracting. I’m not having contractions anymore but they said at anytime I could start again with him being head down and 2 cm. along.
I work at McDonald’s and they do not offer paid maternity leave. I was wondering how I can get money for the time I am unable to work after the birth of my child. I live in Pennsylvania and I have not been able to find any information on this.

Posted by: | CommentsI’m 6 1/2 weeks and I’ve had to go buy a few pairs of pants that are a size larger than what I normally wear – I also got pants that stretch so hopefully they’ll last a bit.

Posted by: | CommentsWe found out today that my wife’s individual policy does not include maternity coverage. So we are on our own. I make a good salary and can afford the medical bills but if we could get any help in lowering the cost will we take it. I am sure anyone would. If there is anyone out there that has used an advocate like maternity plus I would like to hear from you and how much you were able to save on your bill. Thanks so much in advance.
What to do when you have no maternity medical coverage?
Posted by: | CommentsMy friend and her husband are having a baby. They both work, but they make $37,000 together and the Medicaid and WIC maximum income in our state is $30,000
Their employers do NOT offer medical insurance, and they currently have medical coverage that they bought on their own for $400 a month.
Problem is that their medical coverage does NOT include maternity and they can’t get any other medical coverage because the wife is already pregnant. They have no way of paying for OB costs, delivery, and hospital charges now!
What are citizens supposed to do in this situation?????
It’s not for me, I need the advice for my friend ASAP. What can they do when they state says they aren’t “poor” enough?
When should I/did you start wearing maternity clothes?
Posted by: | CommentsI have read that many people don’t need maternity clothes until 20 weeks. However, I am only 8 weeks and it is uncomfortable for me to sit in my regular pants. I wear a size 8, but have a pot belly to begin with. When is it too early to buy maternity pants? Will it look funny for me to wear them so early? I am a teacher and will be 13 weeks when I start work…I’m thinking I’ll just get work maternity clothes and start then.
What can I do if I want to keep on wearing my non-maternity pants?
