I know this question has been asked before, but no difinitive asnwer was presented. I am adamant about my child not being vaccinated, but would still like him to attend school in Hawaii. Before anyone asks why I don’t want my children vaccinated. Google this “link between vaccination and autism” The global increase of autistic children vastly increases amoung children that take all of the “required” vaccines. Google again “deadly vaccines” there are many articles that outline the deadly ingredients in vaccines such as mercury, that are very deadly to humans. Research these things before you ask my why. If you have a solution, please reply. Thank You.

*AIDS have had several “false” cures but none has a US patent and also, no articles online or anywhere else has even ruled out the possibility of Tetrasilver Tetroxide being a cured. If its the only AIDS cure with a patent, isn’t it odd that it hasn’t been tested (or has it?) does it work?
4. Search online all you want…but there are NO documented cases of AIDS in Africa UNTIL 1982. That’s strange isn’t it, because isn’t AFRICA the epi-center of AIDS, where it supposedly started? Yet AIDS can be traced in America from 1979.

*my theory: My theory is that AIDS was first tested with fake Hepatitis B vaccines in 1978, and then made its way to Africa sometime around late 1981 or early 1982. The idea was to make Africans think it was everywhere and somehow started in Africa, but as the intial “epidemic” of AIDS slowed down worldwide, now AIDS is suddenly affecting Africans 90% of the town? bull! AIDS was created!

Do I have a case against this Petstore?

Bf and I purchased a ferret from a petstore in april of 08. (WE have four years to sue in our state).
I contacted Corporate of this petstore and they said its ours and their franchises problem not theirs. So I want to go after the petstore for all the money we lost.
1. The ferret was guaranteed to be healthy. She was not exposed to any other animals when we brought her home and suddenly came down with a URI (coughing couldn’t breathe wouldn’t eat, slept all day and all night was aggressive) We did not sign any contracts upon purchasing her and there was no sign in the building that stated they weren’t responsible if they sold us a sick animal or not. The only thing we signed is a sales slip saying there would be a 25% restocking fee if we took her back taken out of our total purchase. We had to pay over 0 in the first three days for emergency vet care. They said they’d give us for meds they could have provided without a vet. Wanted us to wait until thrusday to see their vet. My BF as witness heard the manager state their ferrets usually came down with URI’s and went home with medications. We were never given anything to explain any of this and were not told upon purchase we had to use “their vet”
2. Petstore Managers and employees insisted she was 3 months old. ER vet and the birthcertificate we got with her say she is Five months old.
3. She was supposed to be “UTD on vaccines”. I have a picture of the sign that states this. I have the professional opinion of the Vet that works with the American Ferret assocaition in an E-mail that says a 5 month old ferret should have had 3 distemper shots by 14 weeks old, and her rabies at 3. We had to pay another 0 to get her shots up to date. We thought with the sign saying UTD on vaccinations, that her extra cost extra dollars mean thats why. Other petstores were 0 for a ferret with one vaccination and that was it.
4. She had to be quarantined from the store REFUSING to give us vaccination records with her. The breeder (I talked to the owner) Said all their ferrets go home from the store with a paper stating what shots she’s had, and a “welcome home” packet. We did not get that with her. She had to be quarantined for biting myself, mother, and I for rabies. She bit my boyfriend and we called the ER vet to see if we should go see if he needed stitches (it was BAD) they said go and that was another 0 (She was on quarantine and we were recommened to go to the hospital. Had she had her shot records she wouldn’t have been quarantined at all)
5. I want pain and suffering. We’ve been contacting them for over a year now. The last letter we wrote them with copies of everything, got a response. by phone NOT from the owner from a random employee that knows nothing about what is going on. They said we can bring the ferret back they’ll re sell her and call us when they get in more kits and we can get a new one paying the 25% re-stocking fee. We’ve had this ferret a year and love her dearly. We just want the money we lost trusting them as a store to sell us a healthy animal.
We purchased one other ferret from a petstore. She was sent home with a “how to” book, proof of her birthdate, her vaccination record (One CDV shot at 3 months old) and cost us .99.
Should I file with the BBB first? or Just go straight to court? We have all the proof of this, pictures, medical bills/records and everything else we got in that time frame including a letter from the ferrets breeder stating that the health certificate they tried to say was hers SHOULD NOT have been given out with her.

TUESDAY, July 28 (HealthDay News) — Antiviral drug treatment of swine flu may be wasted on the elderly and should be reserved for young people, suggest researchers who created a model of the effect of antiviral treatment on the spread of the H1N1 virus.
If the current swine flu pandemic behaves like the 1918 flu, antiviral drugs would not significantly reduce death rates among people older than 65 and, in fact, might cause the H1N1 virus to develop increased drug resistance, according to Stefano Merler, of the Bruno Kessler Foundation in Italy, and his colleagues.
Their report appears online in BMC Infectious Diseases.
“Although it is too early to confidently predict some important features of the ongoing influenza pandemic, the use of antivirals is confirmed to be the most effective single intervention, in the absence of vaccines,” Merler said in a news release from the journal’s publisher. “It requires, however, a very large stockpile of antiviral drugs. Our work demonstrates that, even in countries where the antiviral stockpile is not sufficient to treat 25 percent of the population, the minimum level suggested by [the World Health Organization], it is possible to reduce morbidity and excess mortality by prioritizing the use of antivirals by age.”
“Although a policy of age-specific prioritization of antiviral use will be controversial ethically, it may be the most efficient use of stockpiled therapies,” he said. “This is of particular importance for countries where the amount of drug stockpiled is well below the WHO’s suggested level.”
The researchers concluded that developing early estimates of the impact of the swine flu pandemic and of age-specific death rates could prove important in optimizing the use of antiviral drugs during the pandemic.

I have a friend who has a four year old and an infant daughter. I think the baby is around 6 months old. Well lately I’ve noticed a few this that have irked me with the way she is raising her kids. She is not educated beyond high school (if she even reached that high, and is stubborn as all get out in her opinions). As a mother and nurse, I am aware of the recommendations and health risks of each of her actions, but am not sure how to approach the situation without seeming accusing, or “you’re a bad mom” -ish.
Issue #1: She refuses too get her children many vaccinations, she is reluctant to allow any. Why? Because she doesn’t like th idea of the “Government REQUIRING” her to inject her children. She argues that “people die from vaccines” and children that were once thriving are now autistic.”
Issue #2: She feeds her infant (6 moths -ish) whole cow’s milk. Why? “Because we were all on cow’s milk and none of us died… we’re all fine and healthy.”
Her thought process and opinions are SO IGNORANT and her CHILDREN will pay the price for their mother’s incompetence!!!!
How can I help the babies without ticking the mom off. If she is mad she won’t listen. We’ll never speak again and she will continue this pattern of what I feel is neglecting the children’s rights and needs. I do not care if I lose her semi-friendship, but I want to help the kids. It’s not fair to them!!!

Basically, it’s none of your business and you can’t do anything about it. If it bothers you that much, stop being friends with her. Until one of the kids shows up with bruises or seriously emaciated, you can’t do anything about it. She’s not neglectful. She’s just ignorant.
My sister in law’s good friend had a preemie. At 14 months old, it’s obvious to me and EVERYONE that there is something wrong with her. (In the brain.) The mother is completely in denial about it and won’t listen to doctor’s advice about getting her daughter an MRI. (Brain scan.) I feel so sorry for that poor child because her mother is an idiot. But none of us can day or do anything about it. It’s none of our business. So I get where you’re coming from.

Question by Barbara: My 21 month old just diagnosed autistic – looking to hear from anyone familiar with autism.?
My beautiful baby boy is 21 months. He was the best baby – no trouble at all – met all his milestones. Things started changing this winter. Lost his vocabulary (about 12 words) and stopped responding to his name. He would stare at the wheels on toy cars and just spin them all the time. He lines up shoes all day if you let him and tantrums when they are not in order. He goes limp when I try to pick him up and he bangs his head a lot and walks on tippy toes and spins around, If I have him in stroller, he hangs out the side looking at the wheels. I am devestated and heart-broken. I want to know why this happened. We are just starting Early Intervention for him. My ped. was kind of nasty when I wanted to check file for vaccinations to see that I had them all on my chart. She said “don’t even think of blaming vaccines”. I hope he will talk again. Everything is so unsure now. Anyone know anything about autism. Thank you.

WOW!! I hope that you and your family can unite and be really strong. I have a cousin that has autism and a good friend of mine also has a son with autism. I know how frustrating and heartbreaking things can be.
If your Ped. is being nasty and telling you what to consider as far as a cause I wouldn’t put up with that. I would consider getting a new Dr. You have a right to feel anyway you want, and to explore as many theories as you like.

It’s really tough; such a controversial topic. I’m trying to keep my own opinion out where it isn’t necessary.
I think I’m good with evolution: “If evolution was phony, then why do vaccines have to be updated? Because the bacteria evolves and builds up resistance to the old vaccines”
But I need something pro-creationism. Any thoughts, ideas, or sites?
