Im trying to get my 4month old to sleep in his crib without the “cry it out method”?
ByHe screams, scratches his face, and pulls his hair…i cant do anything but pick him up before he hurts himslelf. what can i do to help this transtion?
And for those of u who would like to help. THE CRYING OUT METHOD IS NOT AN OPTION. So please dont advise me to do so, thank you.
