UK Can my boss refuse to allow me to start my maternity leave at 29 weeks if i give him the 28 days notice?
ByIm planning on starting my maternity leave the earliest possible which is 29 weeks. I am currently on sick leave for stress (bcoz of him) I need to send him a letter this week if im giving 28 days notice and just want to make sure he cant say no to me taking maternity leave.

He can’t say no, well he can but if he does this is against the law and you can actually sure him
