I think they playtex wide latex nipples are best for breastfeeding
U can get the playtex drop ins or the ventaire. both are BPA free

Well, the Breast Flow nipple is probably the closest you could come to the breast; possibly you could avoid nipple confusion with that however the bottle you buy it with ; last time I checked has BPA. So I would buy the nipple but look for a different bottle that is BPA free.

if you are from the uk you can get a free sample too from that website…

By any chance, do you have a breast pump? If you have a breast pump while breast feeding, you’ll be able to pump milk into little bottles so you and your husband can both bond to the baby. Just make sure to have the baby drink from the breast first and pump in between to make sure the demand for breast milk is high, therefore more supply.
There are many different bottles, it will be trial and error to find out which your baby will take since all baby have preferences….
And also, a good pump is the Medela breast pump. Best of luck.

We use tommee tippee. BPA free and I could switch between breast and bottle before my milk dried up.

Hands down the Playtex Drop-in system. Yes, you will have to buy disposable liners…but it is PERFECT for pumping storage, feeding and when you are ready to switch to formula…you don’t have to buy a whole new set-up.
I actually did not mind buying the liners…saved me a lot of time at night with a bottle brush!

Dr. Browns are very good. Also Born Free. They are on the expensive side though. I found some cheap ones at Walmart (Parents Choice brand) that were good too. Dr. Browns have different shaped nipples so that the baby doesn’t get confused if you are still nursing.

I use the playtex wide vent air bottles. They’re good for minimizing gas and the baby doesn’t get confused from the nipples!

Your husband can use a finger syringe and finger feed baby, rather than bothering with bottles that might or might not work and will only lead to the eventual demise of breastfeeding. As soon as you offer the first bottle, you’ve started weaning. Daddies shouldn’t be giving a bottle until baby is at least 3 weeks old, if you want breastfeeding to work. Bottles are a lot of nuisance, LOL, even when someone else gives it

Sassy MAM. They’re perfect for gas and the nipple is a wide mouth for breastfeeding. Also, the nipple is flat which is good because (so I have been told) that when you breastfeed your nipple is actually flat in the baby’s mouth.
