Is Avent going to make BPA free bottles?
ByI thought I heard that Avent was going to start making their bottles BPA Free…does anyone know if this is true? If so, do you know when they will be released? I loved the Avent bottles with my first son but dont want to use them with baby #2 (23 wks pregnant) unless they come out with BPA free.

Avent is a Europen brand. Here they don’t talk as much about BPA as they do in the states. So their sales may not be affected enough to change.
Have they? That is awesome. I hope more countries follow suit.

i would go to their website and write an email or call their customer service line and ask them
(since Canada has banned BPA in baby bottles and most in the USA are aware of it i would imagine they would, i went to Babies R Us the other day and the Born Free bottles (BPA free) were completely sold out and the Avent bottles were all there so obviously people are not buying them as much)
