The meds alone range from $1-5K depending on what your doctor uses for an IVF cycle. You should call your insurance provider though to verify what’s covered and what’s not. When I called mine I found out all the drugs would be covered as long as they were ordered through my insurance provider’s pharmacy. One other financial gottcha that I didn’t think about was all the blood work and ultrasounds that you will have during the IVF cycle. These things were not always 100% covered by my insurance and ended up costing about $1000 out of pocket.
