How successful is IVF for a 36yo with one ovary (both tubes and other ovary surgically removed years ago)?
ByHow do I go about getting pregnant with only one ovary and no fallopian tubes? I know IVF is the answer and I have an appt with a specialist in a few weeks, but I know nothing about how to go about this whole process and what is involved. Help!?

I cannot tell you what the probability of success is for your conditions, however for your age the HFEA (Human Fertilisation & Embryology Authority) gives the average success rates from 2005 23.6% for women aged 35 – 37 years old.
I have been doing quite a bit of research on IVF as it has been said that it is my only solution too. You can get some general information on IVF at http://www.ivfcost.net/tag/ivf-information and IVF cost information for different countries at http://www.ivfcost.net/ivf-cost/a-comparison-of-the-ivf-cost-worldwide with detailed clinic information at http://www.ivfcost.net/ivf-cost/welcome-to-everybody-who-is-looking-for-ivf-cost-information.
I hope this helps!
