what is a normal level of estrogen and progesterone on day of blastocyst transfer in ivf antagonist cycle?

Great your embies got to blasts! I am not sure how much estrogen levels matter at this point as the can really vary depending on how many mature follicles developed. The higher the level the more mature follicles you have. I am not exactly sure what “normal” progesterone levels should be at the point of transfer. I do know if they weren’t within a certain range they would not have done the transfer. The most important thing is having a triple stripe endometrium above 8mm. You need your embryos to have a nice comfy place to snuggle in. No one knows how much progesterone is actually needed to sustain a pregnancy but I know my RE likes to see above 20 ng/ml in early pregnancy. I found a study that says “High progesterone levels on the day of embryo transfer in fresh IVF cycles could increase implantation rates.” I didn’t dig through the study to find what ‘High” means but if you want to dig here it is. http://humrep.oxfordjournals.org/cgi/content/full/20/5/1127#T3
