What is the rate of Moms over 37 using egg donor for IVF?
ByMy 37 year old sister had IVF done after years of trying to get pregnant. She got pregnant right away after one IVF trial with a single baby. Are women over 37 more likely to use egg donor? Or is it just as easy to conceive with your own egg after 37?

Women over 35 are more likely to need an egg donor then those younger however it depends on the particualr women’s egg quality and reserve..which can be tested. If it’s found that she has none, not enough or bad quality of what is left it will probably be recommended she use donor eggs.
