Are my symptoms weird?
ByQuestion by .: Are my symptoms weird?
After I ovulated as normal I got super tender breasts – I tested and got a dark positive result the day before my missed period. Now that I am 5 weeks pregnant my breasts are tender but not as tender as before I missed my period – some days they hardly are tender at all. I have no appetite and while I wouldn’t describe this as “nausea” I always feel “off” – I’m also constantly sleepy. I was just worried because my breasts became less tender. I think I’m just being paranoid though. This is my very first pregnancy. Is this normal?
Yeah. No bleeding or cramping.
Thanks everyone for the answers, I feel so much better. I’m all alone in this – I’m the first of all my friends to have a baby and so I don’t have anyone to share experiences with.

No its completely normal. Everyone is different. And is actually coming to be more common that woman start losing symptoms and then they come back a week or two later. As long as your not bleeding a whole lot, and cramping really bad. Everything should be ok! Good luck! And congrats

I had the same symptoms, I wouldn’t worry about it. My breasts were tender for…like a week all together… that’s about it…

Every pregnancy is different, but I was exhausted for the first 3-4 months and had to tell my boss earlier than I intended so she wouldn’t come in and find me asleep at my desk and wonder why! I also had excessive saliva – what a pretty picture; face down and drooling at my desk ;o)

Your symptoms sound right on target with mine. I guess the good thing is that neither of us have morning sickness. My breasts are more tender on some days and less on others, but I almost never have an appetite. I just went to the Dr. yesterday and everything looked fine. I told the dr. I was concerned with the symptoms I was having and they assured me that everyone feels differently. So I guess congrats to both of us on our first child.

Don’t worry, that is completely normal. Pregnant women’s symptoms are always a bit strange. Breasts can be tender, and the periods will be missed or be very light… and the feeling of being “off” can u describe how that is?
Nausea… well it happens and it might be strange.
Sleepiness is very normal too.
You seem to be a bit paranoid– relax. Have a doctor talk to you about it and there isn’t anything to be worried about– sounds like you’ll have a normal pregnancy… good luck.
