How do you deal with morning sickness when commuting to work?
ByI have just starting feeling morning sickness and am getting worried about the journey to work. I am lucky in that I drive to work so I can pull over if I need to, but does anyone have a plan in case it comes about all of a sudden?

Take a bucket or a paper bag with you, I suffered with this too, and found it easy to be sick if you need to in either.. Gross I know, but it works.

paper bag inside a plastic bag.paper leaks plastic you can feel it run down, so you place the paper bag inside of the plastic and it takes care of both problems

I am on vacation right now but I have thought of it and I made little plan for myself. It sometimes hits when I am out and about so it is useful for that, too. I keep my little emergency bag in my purse. I took a small makeup case and filled it with a plastic bag, mouth wash (travel size), and wipees (travel size). I was thinking maybe I should carry a small snack bag of crackers, too. So far I have not needed it but it makes me feel good that I am prepared.
If you don’t like the idea of mouth wash, Colgate also has these little disposable toothbrushes that freshen your breath called Wisps. They are are very small and don’t require water. I was thinking about switching to those.

My commute to work was only ten mins and I puked till about my 22 week nonstop. I kept a supply of brown paper bags with newspaper and plastic at the bottom…and I stuck that one in a plastic bag. I also would try to puke before I left…but there were many days in which I did so and id still be puking when I was halfway to work. Oh. And be sure to take a toothbrush and peppermints.

I never had morning sickness, but my friend said she used to have to drive around with a cup so she could use it when she had to get sick.
