How soon did you get morning sickness?

How soon did you get morning sickness after you were pregnant?

Anyone get sick BEFORE they got a positive test?
For the record, I don’t need pregnancy advice or anything. I’m a childbirth educator and doula and lactation consultant. I don’t need any sort of link to a “pregnancy facts” page – I was just curious about people’s personal experiences.

Yes you can. That is how some women kind of suspect they are pregnant.

I never even got it. Some women don’t. And if they do get it, I’m sure a lot of women get those symptoms before they test.

Ok…But you sound like every other 12 year old on here asking a question, no need for the thumbs down because I answered your question. the person who gave you that link is a bot spammer.

i started morning sickness 1 week after missed per, so about 4 weeks along. It was before i took a test because my MP are usually late, but once i started throwing up every morning i took a test!

I got mine around 7 weeks – and it was (and still is) violent and horrible. It lasts all day – but now it is easing up to just the morning!

I thought I had the flu until I told my bf I hadn’t felt like this since I had morning sickness with my daughter….. It hit me. I took a test and it was positve. I wasn’t due for AF for 5 more days.

With my daughter, I swear I was sick right away! 2 weeks after conception before I took the test I felt sick. Took the test and it was just barely positive.

YES!!!!!! I took a test b/c I was nauseous! Actually, I was nauseous during the last 2 hours of a 8 hours road trip to New Orleans. As soon as I got there, I dropped everyone off at my Grandmothers and made an excuse to run to the store. Man was I surprised! Needless to say, my drinking binge on Bourbon St was cancelled! Anyway, I was only 2 weeks pregnant then, so its definitely possible!

With my first one I didn’t get sick until a couple weeks after I found out , and with my 3rd I knew I was pregnant because I was very nauseous.

i started feeling sick about 6 weeks into the pregnancy.and then again towards the end it started back up again before i was ready to give birth

I didn’t start getting morning sickness until I was 6 weeks pregnant. It was really bad all I did for 3 months was sleep a lot and eat and get sick. No I knew I was a pregnant for 2 weeks before hand.

IUI on Sunday. Morning sickness on Tuesday. And everyone tells you it’s too early! You can’t argue with them — even though you have every symptom in the book the very first week after conception!

Immediately and YES. I started throwing up on an empty stomach (shudder) almost immediately after conception. I’m not kidding; it was a matter of either immediately or a couple of days after. (I thought it was coincidental and brushed it off as impossible, even though we were trying, but the nausea never went away and kept getting worse since that point.) A few days after the first day I threw up I was vomiting again. Later, I got a positive test four days before my expected period (and it was very clearly visible.) Now I’m 6 1/2 weeks and I never knew morning sickness could be this bad! Vomiting and severe, severe nausea morning, afternoon, evening, and night (it even wakes me up.) I’m barely eating but I’m keeping water down out of pure will (I know there’s no option unless I want to go to the hospital- I just pray it doesn’t get worse.)

Apparently I am an oddball, but yes it IS possible! I’m miserable right now but I’m enjoying my husband taking care of me, and I know it will all be worth it in a few months.

I had missed my period and was okay for about a week after. when I hit about 5 or 6 weeks I started to have really bad nausea and vomiting that lasted until my 14th or 15th week. I was nearly confined twice for HG. I got confined in my 14th week, however because I was having pains due to gall stones. My nausea and vomiting at that time, however, was beginning to ease up (as long as I didn’t take anything oily).
