Is it okay to eat Ricola during pregnancy for morning sickness?
ByI have really bad nausea and was wondering if anyone had used suckers, such as Ricola to curb morning sickness? It seems to be working. I throw up twice a day and it helps.
Any thoughts?

Yes…it is perfectly fine to use Ricola drops…they worked wonders for me too. Just stay away from any stong menthol tastes…

They are natural and safe, high in sugar though. So if you are feeling better after having some (like 3…) try to get some food. You wouldn’t want your blood sugar to climb.
