what really helped your pregnancy nausea?
Byoh my. it’s my 2nd day of nausea. this is my 3rd pregnancy and each time, i’ve had it bad. last time i got relief from ginger tea and prego pops candies. what helps you with your nausea? unconventional ideas only – please don’t say “try crackers” cause we’ve heard that already! i’m heading to the store soon and everything turns my stomach. thanks! also tell me what things seemed to aggravate your nausea? for me, pizza for lunch was a BAD idea.

LEMONS
Keep lemon slices handy and suck on them each time you feel nauseated. Sometimes it even helps to add a little bit of salt to them.

Yeh pizza does it for me too. I don’t know if it was just a coincidence or it really works, but I ate mint lollies and drank some lemonade.
Good luck

I’ve been told that any kind of sour candy will help.
I have nausea pretty bad and I eat sour patch kids or sour skittles it helps me most of the time.
Good luck!

Yeah…I drank lemon water everyday. My nausea is now gone in my second trimester.
Not sure if the lemon water helped, but I know lemons are good for detoxing your liver! : )

Getting to the second trimester was the only thing that helped me
that and ginger ale. Oh and make sure you take your prenatal vitamins with food!

Eating what I feel like when I felt like it!!
Mealtimes are out of the window and I’m just grazing all the time. Restricting my diet or cutting things out hasn’t helped at all . . .
I haven’t really found that certain food aggravate it – sometimes some of the most unlikely things seem to settle it – vegetables curries (not too spicy) seem to help sometimes! The main thing is not to let my stomach get empty. And get plenty of rest. Hard when its not your first pregnancy and you already have a child to care for I know . . .
I’ve not had any releif from ginger or Preggy Pops tbh.
I’ve also been prescribed Cyclizine by my doctor which seems to help a bit.
