Bleeding on 14th day of my cycle?

We are planning for a baby. My last period expected was May 10th..It didnt turn up..So my gynac started me on Provera and i got my periods on May 29th. I had my HSG on june 5th. I was quite ok after the HSG..No spotting ….but yesterday june 10, i started having light spotting…and when i wipe i see bloodstains…HAving stomach cramping and backache. Today morning the blood stain was darker…Not enough to fill a pad.

I had called my gynac she told me the dye which was used for HSG is shedding the uterine lining from the uterus. Nothing to worry.

I am confused whether this should be counted as period…or whether later after some days i will get my periods again. What about my ovulation this month…

Please do advice.
