Could this be implantation bleeding? Sorry it’s long?

Ok so my period comes every 30 days. my last period started February 3rd and If I calculated right then It should have been March 4th. So It never came. However a week and a day later (about CD 38) I started having light bleeding.. Here’s my time-line:

03/12- Brownish spots on my panties, when I went to the bathroom I would wipe and it would be a bright reddish brown when I would pee (SRY TMI) It would come out long stringy mucus like but it would only be like 2 drops . So I put on a pantie liner. that night I when I went to the bathroom again there was only brown on the pantie liner and when I wip there would be the reddish brown. and the same thing happened when I peed. I had none to unnoticably mild cramps.

03/13- lighter than the previous day but still the same process. no cramps

03/14- very light coming out watery now which is not normal for me and with no cramps. a few drops when I went to pee the color was a pinkish color, but on my pantie liner it was brown.

03/15- today it has stopped there was a little brown then it stopped no cramps at all.

That means it only lasted 4 days which is not normal because 1. my periods start out very heavy the first day accompanied with very brutal cramps (The ones where you have to get into the fetal position for comfort) 2. My period lasts about 7 days and this only lasted 4. and 3. my periods always come on time and this came a week after it was due.

I’m already going to the doctor I just wanted to see if anyone else experienced this before. Oh yes and I’ve had sore breasts and bloating since the 25th still holding strong today and i’ve been on and off nauseous since the 4th of this month and been urinating a lot since this bleeding has started. so what do you ladies think? It would be cool if I could get a nurses or a doctors input to if there are any out there. but I honestly want everyone’s experiences and opinions. Oh btw i’ve taken two hpt’s one was the day before my period was supposed to start and the other was the 9th. both were BFN! (Big fat negatives) if what I’ve experienced wa simplantation bleeding then I can understand why they were negative because the homrmone doesn’t become present enough until the egg had completely attatched to the uterine wall right????? . Thanks!
Yea because now it started back again but it’s very light pink, I’m confused…I’m hoping it’s implantation bleeding because I don’t want anything being seriously wrong with me, you know?
