Faint line HPT?
ByI just took a HPT. I am 10 days past ovulation (dpo). I saw an extremely faint line. I have to stress extremely. I’ve got to hold it up to the light to even attempt to see it. I wouldn’t even have noticed it, but I tested because I’ve been having uterine cramping that I’ve never felt before. Should I regard this as a positive? I’m assuming I should continue to test as I get closer to when I should have my period.

Wait a couple of days and test again.
In my experience (50+tests) most tests will give you some kind of a line if you squint at it hard enough under bright light.
A line is not always a + line. There are evap lines and indent lines and shadows of lines. Check out http://www.peeonastick.com they have a gallery of pee stick lines to compare to. I had a line on every single test I took and when it was finally positive there was no question about it’s authenticity.

go blood test if you still not sure..

You are pregnant! I was in the same boat as you last week. I am now 4.5 weeks pregnant
Take a Clear Blue 4 Days Sooner test in 2-3 days for assurance. Congratulations!!

I think that you are pregnant. The faint line thing happened to me at 9 dpo, so I took 4 tests the next day, lol, using different brands. All of them were positive. The line is so faint for you because you are testing quite early. The further along you go, you will get darker results. Congratulations to you!

I just did the same thing. I’m not even sure if I’m really seeing a line or if I’m just insane LOL. Now I’m thinking I only see the line because I ‘know where it should be’ lol. Also I just read about evaporation lines and it said they are usually grayish so now I’m not sure if what I see is a gray line or blue lmao. I’m going to try again in the morning and you probably should too since AF shouldn’t even be here yet for you!! GL
