I can’t get a blood test–how can I confirm my possible pregnancy?

Here’s the scoop–my fiance and I are volunteering in Central America without access to safe and reliable medical care. I had sex on Oct. 4 and should have been ovulating at this time. I took a test when my period was 4 days late, and it was negative, but I failed to use first morning urine. my period was 8 days late, and when it came, it was bright red (usually dark and clotty) and lasted only 2 days instead of the usual 6. at about 3 weeks post-potential conception, I began feeling very nauseous and tired, with lower back aches and slight uterine cramping–not like menstral cramps or ovulation–more like twitching and pulling. I am beginning to experience ovulation-like cervical mucus, but possibly a bit heavier. I am now almost 5 weeks post potential conception and am planning on taking another over the counter test, as my fiance and I are desperate to know if we are in fact pregnant. What I’m wondering is, is it likely that I could experience another false negative at this point? We will not be returning to the States for another 2 months and there are no hospitals nearby where I would feel safe getting a blood test. If my pregnancy symptoms continue after another negative test, I am not sure what to do… thanks!!
